摘　　要：对盘式制动片的生产工艺作了简要的阐述,在此基础上分析了影响摩擦材料稳定性的因素,同时分析了这些因素给盘式制动片在制动过程中所带来的影响。指出了烧蚀工艺在保证摩擦材料的热稳定性方面的重要作用,并对烧蚀工艺作了进一步分析。介绍了新研制的我国首台烧蚀机的结构、主要技术参数及其工作原理,并对烧蚀机的温度控制原理进行了详细介绍。The production process of brake disk is pres ented,the factors affecting stability of friction material and the effect of th ese factors on brake disk during braking are analyzed.It notes the important r ole of ablation technology for heat stability of friction material,and analyzes further the ablation technology.The structrue,main specifications and working principle of the first ablation machine developed newly in our country are des cribed and the temperature control principle of ablation ma chine is presented i n detail.
