摘　　要：介绍了生物芯片、激光共聚焦生物芯片扫描仪的概念以及高精度快速扫描台的意义,主要介绍对扫描台的运动进行闭环控制的原理和以DSP作为处理器实现这一控制系统的软硬件设计结果。The paper presents the concept of biochip and laser confocal biochip scanner and the significance of high-precision high-speed scan stage of the laser confocal biochip scanner.More-over,it introduces how to research the closed loop control system on the motive of the stage,and how to design the control system by using DSP.
