摘　　要：通过对建设部第一批建筑节能示范工程之一“天奇花园”围护结构热工性能实测,证明该工程符合《夏热冬冷地区建筑节能设计标准》(居住建筑部分)的要求,达到了预期节能50%的效果。针对地区的气候特征与建筑节能措施,认为夏热冬冷地区应有与之相应的建筑节能评价与检测体系。The thermal engineering measurements of Tianji Garden(one of the first batch of Construction Ministry pilot projects of building energy saving)prove the project con forms with re-quirements of″Standard for Building Energy Saving Design in the Region of Hot Summer and Cold Winter″(residen tial build ing part)and has achieved pre determined effects of50%en ergy saving.The au thors suggest estab lishing the build ing energy sav ing evaluation and measure ment system in the re gion of hot sum mer and cold win ter ac cord ing to climate features and building en ergy saving mea sures in this re gion.
