摘　　要：文章分析了由继电器构成的集控系统存在的问题 ,结合保定热电厂输煤系统计算机程控技术的应用 ,详细介绍了由上位机和可编程控制器构成系统的功能及其先进性、实用性和运行可靠性 ,特别适合改。After analyzing the problems existing in the centralized rel ay-based c ontrol system, this paper introduces the application of computer programmable co ntroller in the coal handling system of Baoding Cogeneration Power Plant. This s ystem is especially suitable to the reformation and extension projects of power plants. The author introduces, in detail, the advances, practicability, and oper ational reliability and functions of the control system based on upperseat compu ter and PLC controller, which especially suits with the utilization in extension of a power plant.
