摘　　要：美国退出《反弹道导弹条约》目的是为其部署弹道导弹防御系统扫平道路 ,确保自己拥有对其他国家进行导弹袭击的绝对战略优势 ,从而维护其世界霸主的地位。The U.S.A. withdrew form The Treaty of Anti Ballistic Missiles and her purpose is to crush the way for her to dispos e the defensive system of ballistic missiles and make sure that she herself poss esses the absolute strategic predominance to wage a guided missile attack agains t other countries; thus she can maintain the position of world overlore.
