中国对外直接投资存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：当前我国对外直接投资存在的主要问题是地区分布不尽合理;投资规模小,经济效益偏低;投资存在一定的盲目性;缺乏高效统一的宏观管理与协调机构;海外企业缺乏高素质人才,经营管理水平不高;我国海外投资风险尚缺乏有效的防范制度和措施。为加快发展我国对外直接投资,应注意以下几点:尽快走出对外直接投资的认识误区;对外直接投资布局要合理化;做好经营战略的选择,提高经济效益,避免重复建设;加强对外直接投资的宏观管理;大力培养跨国经营人才,加强企业管理。Problems existing in China foreign directive investment(FDI) are as follows: the unreasonable regional distribution ; the low profit caused by the small scale of China's FDI; the blindness of China's FDI; the lack of effective and united macromanagement and coordinate organization; the insufficient highquality talents in oversea enterprises leading to the low managerial level ;finally,the lack of effective systems and measures to protect against the oversea investment risk. In order to accelerate the development of FDI, some proposals are put forward here: understanding the exact meaning of China's FDI; arranging FDI regional structure rationally; making strategic choices; improving economic profits and avoiding repeated construction; strengthening macromanage in FDI; reinforcing management in enterprises and cultivating multinational managerial personnel energetically.
