摘 要:本文是全国“七五”攻关课题:“甘蓝优质、多抗、高产新品种选育”的一部分内容,从1986年到1990年期间,我院甘蓝抗病育种课题组对现有的甘蓝育种材料(包括自交系、自交不亲和系、杂种一代和品种)500多份进行抗TuMV和黑腐病的抗病性筛选。所用TuMV的毒原是“甘—83—8”号毒株,黑腐病菌也是本地区的代表菌株。采用攻关组统一制订的方法,筛选出双高抗的优良材料1份,其它有价值的抗病材料70多份,同时也对大量的育种材料作了抗病性方面的鉴定。500 cabbage inbred lines, F_1 hybrids and cultivars were screened for their different reactions to TuMV and black rot. They were artificially inoculated with TuMV at cotyledon stage, and their resistance was determined at the fifth true leaf stage. By leaf cutting, they were inoculated with Xanthomonas campestris(Pammel Dawson) at the sixth true leaf stage, then their symptoms were observed after ten days. 73 both diseases resistant cabbage types were identified. The F_1 hybrids were more resistant than the inbred lines and cultivars. Symptom reactions ranging from mild to severe were observed for each cabbage type, individual cabbage cultivars, lines and F_1 hybrids varying in their resistance to the two diseases. 7 both disease resistant high generation inbreds with better economic charaters were obtained.
