摘  要:目的 :研究蛇毒神经生长因子 (SNGF)对大鼠坐骨神经损伤修复的时效作用。方法 :建立大鼠坐骨神经钳夹模型 ,局部滴加药物和术后肌注 90 0Bu/kg的SNGF ,分别给药 14、2 1和 2 8d。通过展爪反射、趾间距、脊髓诱发电位(SEP)、运动诱发电位 (MEP)观察 ,评定蛇毒神经生长因子对大鼠坐骨神经损伤修复的时效作用。结果 :蛇毒NGF以90 0Bu/kg剂量 ,每天于伤侧肌肉注射一次 ,分别给药 14、2 1、2 8d均有促进伤侧神经功能恢复的作用 ,且具有一定的时效关系 ,给药 2 1、2 8d组治疗效果较给药 14d组效果好 (P <0 .0 5 )。 2 1d组与 2 8d组间无明显差别。结论 :SNGF对大鼠坐骨神经损伤的修复作用具有一定的时效作用。Objective:To investigate the time effect of snake nerve growth 1 factor(SNGF)on functional recovery of crushed sciatic nerves in rats.Methods:Animal models of the crushed sciatic nerve were established in 50 wistar rats,and were divided into 5 groups:normal saline(NS)group,the treated 14 day group,the treated 21 day group,and the treated 28 day group,and normal control group.The SNGF was applied locally and injected intramuscularly once a day for 14?21?28 days after operation.Function repair for the crushed sciatic nerves was studied by the examination of somatosensory evoked potential(SEP),motor evoked potential(MEP),distance between the first and fifth toes(TS).Results:The treated group's SEP?MEP?and Ts were better than that of control,there was significant difference between 14 days group and 21?28 days group( P <0.05).There was no significant difference between 21 days group and 28 days group.Conclusion Snake never growth factor on functional recovery of crushed nerve in rats has time effect.
