四逆汤对冠心病患者左心室肥厚逆转作用的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨四逆汤对冠心病患者左心室肥厚及左心功能的影响。方法 :采用四逆汤治疗冠心病伴左心室肥厚 3 0例 ,并以开搏通作为对照 ,观察四逆汤对其左心室肥厚及左心功能的影响。结果 :治疗组左室后壁厚度、室间隔厚度、左室重量指数等指标较治疗前明显降低 ,与对照组无显著差异 ;且四逆汤组对左心功能改善作用 ,在提高心输出量、降低前负荷方面作用明显 ,与对照组比较 ,差异具有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :四逆汤对冠心病左室肥厚具有逆转作用 。Objective:To discass the reversion effect of sini decoction on left ventricle hypertrophy of patient with coronary heart disease and the influence on left heart funotion.Method:Coronary heart disease (30 Cases) with left ventricle hypertrophy treated with sini decoction,control was given capoten .Changes of left ventricle hypertrophy and cardiac function were observed. Results: Sini decoction could reduce the thickening indexes such as LVDd、IVSTd、LVPWTd、LVMW、LVMI and improve left heart function,the effects were the same as that of control. Sini decoction could enhance cardiac output,decrease preload,the effects were much better than that of control. Conclusion: Sini decoction could reverse the left ventricle hypertrophy of patient with coronary heart disease,meanwhile improve the left heart function.
