理气补气与补气中药对于大运动量训练后免疫功能恢复治疗的比较研究

摘　　要：目的 :比较两种中药———理气补气中药组方与单纯补气中药对长期大运动量训练大鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 :主要观察了 4 0只SD大鼠 ,经过 5周的大强度训练以及理气补气中药或补气中药治疗后 ,外周血T细胞亚群、NK细胞活性、白细胞介素 6浓度的变化 ,以及体外实验时 ,实验动物血清对正常小鼠NK细胞杀伤活性的影响。大鼠经过 5周的大强度训练后 ,被断头处死 ,收集血清、外周血和脾脏单细胞悬液并分别测定。结果 :强化训练组大鼠的白细胞介素 6的浓度显著升高 ,NK细胞的数目和活性 ,以及T细胞亚群CD4+ /CD8+ 细胞比例都有比较明显的下降趋势。体外实验强化训练组大鼠的血清对正常小鼠NK细胞杀伤活性有明显抑制作用。结论 :理气补气中药可以显著提高强化训练组大鼠的T细胞亚群CD4+ /CD8+ 细胞比例 ,NK细胞的活性 ,显著降低强化训练大鼠的血清对于正常小鼠NK细胞杀伤活性的抑制作用。补气中药可以显著提高T细胞亚群CD4+ /CD8+ 细胞比例 ,增加外周血中NK细胞的数目 ,显著抑制长期跑台训练引起的白细胞介素 6浓度的升高。The effects of 5 weeks treadmill exercise on changes in the circulating subset T cells,NK cell activity, and serum IL-6 concentration,were investigated in 40 SD rats.The immunologic effects of two kinds of Chinese herbs-LiQi & BuQi/BuQi treatment were also evaluated.In the last dayof the 5th week,all rats were sacrificed to collect spleen cells,serum and whole blood for the analysis.In result,there were an increase in the concentrations of serum IL-6 and a decrease in natural killer cell number, natural killer cell activity and CD 4+/CD 8+ cells ratio post exercise.Treatment with Chinese Herbs of LiQi & BuQi could significantly enhance the NK cell activity than the exercise rats without Chinese herbs treatment,and can decrease the suppression of the exercise rats’ serum to the mouse NK cell activity in vitro.The Chinese Herbs of LiQi & BuQi also Increased the ratio of lymphocyte subset CD 4+/CD 8+ cells in peripheral blood significantly.The results suggested that Chinese herbs of BuQi could reduce the increase of the serum IL-6 concentration induced by the endurance exercise.Chinese herbs of BuQi could also increase the ratio of the NK cells number in the peripheral lymphocyte significantly.In conclusion these two kindsof Chinese medicine could enhance the immune function but have different mechanism.
