针刺对老年痴呆大鼠海马、皮层电图的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨针刺对老年痴呆大鼠海马、皮层电图的影响。方法 :采用腹腔注射东莨菪碱造成记忆损伤的“老年痴呆”模型 ,按照整合生物学的观点进行活体记录海马、皮层电活动变化。结果 :注射东莨菪碱后 ,大鼠海马、皮层电活动受到抑制 ,从注射后 15min起与注射前比较 ,均有极显著性差异 (P <0 0 1) ;但针刺后频率持续回升 ,海马电图在针后 15min及 2 0minEHG与模型组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,皮层电图在针后 5min与模型组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,针后10、15、2 0min与模型组比较有极显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :针刺对老年痴呆海马、皮层电活动有一定程度的兴奋效应。Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture on electrohippocampogram and electrocorticogram in senile dementia rats.Methods:All rats with scopolamine injection into abdominal cavity to give rise to senile dementia.They were divided into acupuncture and model group.Before killed,all the rats were measured electrohippocampogram and electrocorticogram.Results:In model group after injection with scopolamine,both the electrohippocampogram and electrocorticogram were inhibited.There was a significant difference between pre-injection and from 15 minutes post-injection on (P<0.01).While in acupuncture group,there was a continuous increase tendency in both electrohippocampogram and electrocorticogram.There was a difference in electrohippocampogram between model and acupuncture group which were recorded 15 and 20 minutes later (P<0.05).For electrocorticogram,there was a difference between acupuncture group and model group which were measured 5 minutes later.Conclusion:Acupuncture therapy has a certain exciting effect on electrohippocampogram and electrocorticogram in senile dementia rats.
