摘 要:本文用涡动力学理论分析了锯齿形叶梢对螺旋桨的梢涡的影响。在拖曳水池中分别对常规、后倾且侧斜和后缘锯齿形叶梢的螺旋桨模型进行了水动力特征试验。在大型空泡水筒中的模拟伴流场中分别对这三种形状叶梢的螺旋浆模型进行了高负荷水动力时的脉动压力和噪声测试。试验结果表明 ,用锯齿形叶梢螺旋桨在高负荷时效率可提高2 .5 % ,激振力降低 44 .2 % ,噪声下降 3 -5dB。而这一切是在用后倾侧斜叶梢螺旋桨已经取得了明显增效和减振降噪效果的基础上又增加的效果。试验验证了用涡量汇的理论分割桨叶梢涡的设计思想是正确的和可行的。The effect of the sawtooth shape tip on tip vortex of the propeller is studied with the theory of vortex dynamics in the paper.The open water characteristics were testad in towing tank for the conventional propeller,the tip rake & skew propeller and the propeller with sawtooth shape tip respectively.The fluctuation pressure and noise of these propellers were measured as well in modeling wake field of large cavitation tunnel.It is shown that the effciency of the propeller with sawtooth shape tip is increased about 2.5% at heavy loading condition and the vibration and noise descend 44.2% and 3_5dB simultaneously.All of these achievements are gained additionally on the basis of the improved tip rake skew propeller for which higher effciency and lower vibration and noise than the conventional propeller has been already gained.The experimental results prove that the design idea of dividing and dissociating the tip vortex of the propeller blade with the aid of the theory of vortex sink of concave surface is correct and practicable.
