摘　　要：目的 :探讨样品体积分数 (SVF)在高酶活力血清测定中的影响。方法 :在反应总体积不变的情况下 ,改变SVF ,观察对酶活性测定结果的影响。结果 :SVF的改变对CK影响最大 ,AST和LD次之。结论Objective: To investigate the effect of SVF on measurement of serum with high enzyme ability.Methods:With the total reaction volume being constant,measure the enzymes AST,LDH and CK in serum while their SVFvaries.Results:The effect of SVF on CK was evident,that of AST, LDH to a less extent.Conclusion:SVF has an clear effect on clinical measurement of enzyme,and it is important to select the optional SVF.
