摘　　要：目的 :探讨药疹与其致敏药物的变化及两者的关系,统计药物并发症。方法:将107例病例的药疹、致敏药物和并发症进行归类,建立ACCESS数据库,制表,分析,总结。结果:各类药物均有其常见致敏药物,致敏药物因临床用药的变化而变化,并发肝损害及感染病例所占比重较大。结论:致敏药物近年发生变化,药物并发症较多。Objective:To analysis the change of sensitizing drugs and the relationship between drugs and their eruptions, statistic the complications of drug eruptions.Methods:Classify the clinical data of 107 patients with drug eruptions,then analysis the data with computer.Results: Each kind of sensitizing drugs cause a certain drug eruption and they have changed a lot in consequence of clinical treatment.The complications of liver hurt and infections are common. Conclusion:The clinical doctor should be alert to the change of sensitizing drugs and their complications in work.
