摘　　要：采用集散控制系统对制氧机氮水预冷系统进行过程检测与控制,保证安全,高效生产。由于集散控制系统的组态及调试方 便,实现了控制回路的可靠调节。Adopt the supervisory and distributed control system to the N2-H2O pre-cooling procedure in the oxygen producti on for process measurment and control. Assure the security and high-efficiency of production. For configure and regulate conveniently in DCS , we have fulfilled the loop-control reliably.
