摘　　要：介绍了汽车后桥半壳零件的热弯成形工艺、模具结构及工作过程 ,并针对产品成形工艺的难点 ,分析了生产中存在的一系列问题 。The hot bending process of the semi_shell of the auto rear bridge, the structure and the working process of the hot bending die for forming the semi shell were introduced. In view of the difficulties of the part forming process, a series of problems existing in production were analyzed, and the countermeasures adopted and the methods for solving the problems were proposed.
