摘  要:讨论了造纸大麻芯秆 (PHW)和纺织大麻芯秆 (SHW)的碱—H2 O2 机械法制浆 (APMP)特性。实验的结果表明 ,与PHW相比SHW的热水抽出物及 1 %NaOH抽出物明显较低 ,而苯醇抽出物明显较高 ,半纤维素及灰分含量略低 ,木素和综纤维素含量则大体相当。经过相同的APMP制浆过程 ,二者各种成分的变化趋势大体相同 ,但变化的幅度不同。与PHW的APMP相比 ,SHW的APMP木素含量较高 ,而综纤维素含量较低 ,成纸的抗张强度、耐破强度和撕裂强度均较低。This paper discussed the properties of alkaline-H2O2 mechanical pulping (APMP) of papermaking hemp's woody-core (PHW) and spinning hemp's woody-core (SHW). The results of test showed that SHW has clearly lower content of hot water and 1% NaOH extractives and clearly higher alcohol-benzene extractives, and slightly lower hemicellulose and ash, and roughly the same lignin and holocellulose contents by comparison with PHW. Undergoing the same APMP process, the changing trend of each composition is roughly the same, but the changing extent is different. APMP produced form SHW has higher content of lignin and lower holocellulose, and lower tensile, burst and tear strength by comparison with PHW.
