摘 要:以聚醋酸乙烯酯 (PVAc)、聚丙烯酸酯 (PA)、羧基丁苯胶乳 (SBR)为模型物 ,研究了废纸回用中粘胶物代表组分的胶体分散特性。着重探讨了pH值和温度的变化对胶体粒径分布、表面电荷和浊度的影响。In this paper,poly-vinyl acetate(PVAc),poly-acrylate (PA) and styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR) are taken as model stickies formed in papermaking using recycled fiber. Their dispersing characteristics are studied by focusing on the particle size,Zeta potential,cationic demand and turbidity in the pH range of 5.0~9.0. pH change affects particle size due to different chemical structures of the stickies,but dose not affect latex turbidity which is in direct proprtion to its concentration. PA and SBR carry negative charges on their partical surface in the pH range of 3.0~11.0 and the negative charge density and cationic demand increase with the rise of pH value. But PVAc does not show obvious charge.
