摘 要:研究了钛白粉分散条件、不同浆料配比、浆料pH值、水质水温以及高分子助剂对装饰原纸性能的影响。结果表明 ,在钛白粉分散时 ,分散温度、分散速度及分散浓度是影响成纸性能和钛白粉留着的主要因素。考虑到性能和成本的因素 ,针叶木与阔叶木的比例为2 0∶80较为合适 ;浆料体系的pH值为 5 0左右时可获取较高的钛白粉留着 ;生产过程中要注意水质及水温对成纸性能及钛白粉留着的影响 ;在添加助留剂之前加入阳离子处理剂对提高纸页性能和留着率均有利。The influence of the factors such as dispersing condition of titanium dioxide, proportion of the pulps, the kind of titanium dioxide, pH value of the pulp, quality and temperature of water and high-molecular chemical additives on the properties of decorating base paper were studied in this paper. During dispersing titanium dioxide, temperature, the strength of shearing and the consistency were the important factors affecting the properties of the sheet. The ratio of softwood pulp to hardwood pulp of 80:20 was suitable. High retention of titanium dioxide could be achieved when pH value of stock was 5.0. The quality and temperature of water would influence the sheet properties and retention of titanium dioxide. Adding positive high-molecular compound before retention-aid could improve the sheet properties and retention of titanium dioxide.
