摘　　要：采用退煮漂一浴法连续工艺 ,浴中可加入双氧水 ,以去除织物上的浆料、杂质 ,并对织物进行漂白。通过多次大样生产 ,确定了工艺参数。经 Scolase(清棉师 ) 10 0 T系新颖复合多功能高效绿色前处理剂 ,含有多种复合酶及有关组分 ,可生产检验证明 ,该工艺可提高半制品的质量和产量 ,节约能耗 ,降低综合成本 ,是一种减少污染的新工艺。Continuous one-bath desizing-scouring-bleaching process using enzymes was introduced to cotton fabric pretreatment to remove sizes and impurities, and followed by H\-2O\-2 bleaching. The process conditions were settled through several bulk productions. Through the practices, it indicated that with this process, the quality and productivity of the semifinished products were improved, the total costs were lowered.
