电磁浓度计在纱线丝光碱液浓度检测中的应用

摘　　要：本文主要分析了电解质溶液的电导率与其浓度的关系以及利用电磁感应原理制造的电磁浓度计的工作原理,并对几种不同型号规格的电磁浓度计的测量范围进行了比较;就如何利用电磁浓度计对纱线丝光碱液浓度进行检测进行分析和说明。电磁浓度计的有效使用可以有效提高纱线丝光的质量和稳定性。The article analyzes the relationship between the conductivity of electrolyte and its concentration ,and presents the working principle of the electromagnetic concentration analyzer which be made according to the electromagnetic induction principle, then contrasts concentration measuring ranges of some type products from different companies. Some suggestions are given on how to apply the electromagnetic concentration analyzer to measure the concentration of lye in yarn mercerizing process. It can effectively improve quality and stability of yarn mercerizing products associated with some control unit.
