摘 要:针对一些地方金矿石品位在4~5g/t以上仍采用堆浸法开发,特别是一些半氧化矿或含铜、砷、锑等较高的金矿石,堆浸实际回收率只有50%~60%,致使堆浸的尾矿金品位仍在2g/t以上,造成宝贵金矿资源严重浪费的现状,在炭浸(浆)法提金的经济效益分析、与堆浸法相比炭浸法提金优越性分析的基础上,以实例阐述了大力发展炭浸(浆)法开发我国中低品位(含Au4~5g/t)金矿资源的重要意义和必要性。Based on the Heap Leaching Process (HLP) adopted in several places in China, only 50%~60% gold recovered from 4~5g/t of gold ores was achieved because more than 2 g/t gold was still maintained in residues, especially for the semioxidative ores and Cu, As, Sbbearing gold ores. It is obvious that the HLP is not only for uneconomic, but also for serious waste to such previous mineral resources from the refractory lowgrade gold ores. The CarbonInPulp Process (CIP) was strongly recommended in this paper after comparison of the costs and the benefits between HLP and CIP in Baxi Gold Mine in Sichuan Province because the similar mediumlowgrade mine resources (Au 4~5g/t) in China are numerous.
