摘　　要：透气性是EPC涂料性能的 1个重要指标。在现有的测试方法中 ,很难精确记录透气性的微小变化 ,且存在人工记录过程中难以避免的误差。采用KH 92 5 0板卡与计算机联接 ,进行EPC涂层透气性试验的数据采集与A/D转换 ,使同类试验的数据采集及处理实现精确化。Permeability is an important parameter for casting coating. In being of testing methods, accurately noting exiguity changes of permeability is very hard, and exists errors are difficult to avoid in artificially noting. In experiment , we have used KH-9250 card connected with computer to collect data and converse A/D of permeability for casting coating. The experiment reveals that the method realizes collecting and dealing with data of precision and automation .
