摘　　要：本文提出的网络模型对常规的方法作了改进,可以对交流、直流扩建方案同时进行比较,可以考虑线路及投资费增长的离散性,可以处理初始状态的不联接问题,可以更好地适应不同类型大型电网的规划计算需要,算例证明了本方法的有效性。The improved formulation proposed in this paper, solves all the problems in dealing with the comparison of different ac-dc right of way additions, discrete nature of line and investment and the general difficulties of temporary connections. This new approach makes it possible to solve large scale problems. A sample study is shown and the method is implemented in a computer program.
