摘　　要：　利用G 75凝胶从粗制皂素中制备出QuilA,并用紫外吸收法与溶血法对其含量进行测定,结果分别为49.6%和47.3%。Quil A was extracted from saponine by G  75 gel chromatography The concentration assay of Quil A samples were done with the methods of both ultraviolet  absorb method and hemolysis method Two linear formulations were built, the one was y=0.183 x+0.945 (r = 0997 6)and the other was y=5.05 x+3523 (r=1.000)  The results were 49.6% and 473% respectively
