摘  要:目的比较离子选择电极法和离子色谱法测定水中氟化物是否差异有显著性。方法以离子选择电极法和离子色谱法检测了内蒙和天津两个饮水高氟地区的38口井的井水含氟量。利用SAS软件对两种方法测定结果进行了配对t检验。结果检验结果显示差异均值为0.12,随机偏差的P是0.0184,即变量DIFF显著地不同于零。结论离子色谱法测定水中氟化物含量比离子选择电极法测定结果稍高。用离子色谱法测定水氟含量可以节省时间,并获得多种其他阴离子含量。Objective To compare the fluoride ion selecting electrode(FISE)method with ion chromatography(IC)method for determination of F - in water.Methods The fluoride content in38well-water samples collected from2area s with high levels of fluoride in drinking water of Inner-Mongolia and Tianjin were detected using the FISE method and IC method.The results as matched data were tested with t-test.Results The results indicated that mean DIFF was0.12,Prob>|t|=0.0184.Con clu sion The determination of F - using IC gave a slightly higher values than that of FISE.Fluoride content in water could be determined more quickly using the IC method,and the contents of other anions could also be simultaneously deter-mined.
