热喷涂涂层NiCrAlY粗糙表面激光散斑场的一级统计特性

摘　　要：对热喷涂涂层NiCrAlY粗糙表面激光散斑场的一级统计特性进行了理论和实验研究 .用数字方法进行分析 ,采用Mathcad读取灰度矩阵模拟基元强度分布 .实验数据显示理论与实验结果有很好的吻合 ,表明此方法是合理的 。The first order statistical properties of the laser speckle for the rough surface of thermal sprayed NiCrAlY are analyzed theoretically and experimentally. The method of digital speckle is applied. Gray?matrix with Mathcad is applied to imitate the distribution of unit intensity. The measurement shows that the theoretical conduction is in good agreement with the experimental results,which indicates that this method is reasonable and practicable.
