补阳还五片对动脉硬化性闭塞症早期血液流变学和微循环的影响临床与实验研究

摘　　要：目的　 探讨中药补阳还五片对下肢动脉硬化性闭塞症的治疗效果。方法　 将 15 6例患者随机分为 2组。治疗组 80例 ,给予补阳还五片口服 ;对照组 76例 ,给予通塞脉片口服。 3周为 1疗程 ,3个疗程后统计疗效。主要观察治疗前后主要症状、体征和血脂、血流变、微循环指标变化。结果　 总有效率 :治疗组为 10 0 % ,对照组为 80 .2 6 % ,2组间有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。补阳还五片具有降低血脂作用 ,治疗前后比较 ,血脂多项指标均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 )。对血液流变学和甲襞微循环多项指标均有明显改善作用 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 )。结论　Objective To explore the curative effects of buyanghuanwupian on arteriosclerostic obliteration (ASO) in limbs.Methods 156 cases were classified in a treatment group of 80 patients treated with buyanghuanwupian and a contrast group of 76 patients treated with tablets of tongsemai,both drugs are traditional Chinese medicine,3 weeks as a course of treatment.The curative effects of the two drugs were summed up 3 weeks later.The main symptoms,body signs,changes in blood rheology and microcirculation were observed and contrasted.Results The total effective rates were 10% and 80.26% in the treatment group and contrast group respectively(P<0.01) Buyanghuanwupian can be used to reduce blood fat.There existed significant difference in blood fat before and after the treatments(P<0.01 or P<0.05).It can also improve the indexes of blood rheology and microcirculation of nail folds(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion Buyanghuanwupian has proven to be quite effective in treating ASO.
