摘  要:目的 探讨体外培养内皮细胞植于蛋白涂层支架 ,使支架完全内皮化的可行性。方法  4只镍钛记忆合金支架明胶蛋白涂层 ,置猪髂动脉内皮细胞悬液中吸附 2h ,6孔培养板中培养 1周 ,倒置显微镜观察细胞生长情况。体外模拟血管内支架输送系统输送支架后 ,观察细胞在支架的贴附状态。结果  1周后支架完全内皮化 ,支架经输送系统后 ,80 %细胞贴附支架上 ,培养 72h后 ,支架上附着细胞恢复输送前状态。结论 蛋白涂层支架完全可内皮化 ,对于其预防急性血栓形成和再狭窄的价值有待于进一步研究。Objective To study the feasibility of seeding protein-coated stents with swine iliac artery endothelial cells.Methods 4 nitinol self-expandable stents coated with gelatin(2%) were transferred to tubes containing endothelial cells liquid (2×10 6~3×10 6/ml) for 2 hours,then placed into 6 wells of plastic tissue-culture dishes to be cultivated for 1 week in DMEM+10% FBS,pushed through delivery system and were observed by inverted microscope pre-and post-operation.Results The stents were covered by endothelial cells after 1 week,and reendothelializd completely in later 72 hours,after being pushed through delivery system in extro.Conclusion This kind of stents can be endothelized entirely,its value in prevention of thrombosis and restenosis should be further studied.
