寄生于淡水鱼类的前宫亚科吸虫一新种记述(复殖目:独孤科)

摘　　要：在广州近郊的黄鳝消化道中发现一种吸虫,与巨口前宫吸虫Proterometra macrostoma较为相似,但后者的口吸盘巨大,腹吸盘又很小,且靠近虫体后段,卵巢位于睾丸的前方,子宫圈直达咽部,并与肠支重叠。故定为一新种。Holotype Body flat, leaf-shaped, rather plump, without cuticular spines, length 3.8850-4.2530mm, maximum width 1.3550-1.5420mm. Oral sucker 0.6090-0.6345×0.5985-0.6204 mm. Acetabulum 0.4935-0.5040×0.4830-0.5076 mm, ratio of the suckers 1:0.81. Pharynx rather ball-shaped, 0.2256-0.2310×0.1575-0.2115 mm. Oesophagus 0.0212-0.0423 mm in length. Testes slightly oval, not tandem but juxtaposed rather horizontally, left 0.1974×0.3528 mm, right 0.2256×0.3243 mm. Cirrus pouch elliptical, containing seminal vesicle, prostatic glands and small cirrus, located in anterodorsal to acetabulum. Ovary somewhat irregularly marginated, 0.2397-0.2575×0.2476-0.2679 mm, located between the two testes. Seminal receptacle nonexistent in front. Uterus very developed, extending from ovary to genital pore, containing a lot of eggs. Egg oval yellow, small 0.0750-0.0780×0.0470-0.0500 mm. Vitellaria distributed in each side of the body, extending from the posterior of aceta bulum to the posterior extremity. Excretory vesicle sac-shaped, excretory stem bifurcating before the ovary and arms united on the level between oral sucker and pharynx.Although the arrangement of reproductive organs of the species is similar to Proterometra macrostoma (Faust, 1918) Horsfall, 1933, it differs greatly from the latter in having different distribution of the vitelline glands, uterine coil, and different ratio of the two suckers.Hosts Monopterus albus (Zuiew).Location in host intestine.Locality Guangzhou (23°20'N, 113°47'E), China.Date October 5, 1987.Type specimen A8705, deposited in Tchthyology Laboratory, Department of Biology, Zhongshan University, Guangzhou.
