首尾线虫属一新种记述(尖尾亚目:异尖线虫科)

摘　　要：本文报道了西藏高寒山区田鼠盲肠内的一寄生线虫——加查首尾线虫,新种(Cephaluris jiachaensis sp-nov.)。隶属于线虫纲、尖尾亚目、异尖线虫科。本新种的鉴别特征为:1.缺肛前栉。2.泄殖孔前后仅两对乳突。3.交合刺明显长于已知种的交合刺。This article deals with a new species of Ccphaluris from the large intestine of vole (Mi-crotus sp.), found in Gyaca County, Xizang (Tibet) Autonomous Region. (25°3’N, 89°55’E).Cephaluris jtachaehsis sp. nov. (figs. 1)Medium size, cuticle no strated transversally and cervical papilla. Anterior end with a pair of posteriorly directed cuticular shields, 0.018mm long for males and 0.023mm for fenale. Mouth aperture narrow and small. Buccal cavity with a sharp small tooth. Esophagus cylinder in shape, Nerve ring located a little anterior to the middle part of esophagus.Males 8.36-9.03mm long, 0.42-0.51mm in greatest width. Esophagus including bulb 0.5-0.54mm. cloacal aperture to posterior end 0.8-0.90mm. Four papillae bilaterally symmetrical overlapped around the cloacal aperture. On y one spicule, 0.19-0.21mm long, with no gu-bernaculum. Caudal alac well developed. Females 14.26-14,35mm long, 0.8-0.87mm in width. Esophagus with bulb 0.85-0.86 mm. Vulva to posterior end 7.20-7.34mm. Anus to posterior end 1.36-1.74mm. Egg ellip-tical in shape, 0.093-0.110×0.047-0.058mm, operculated at one end.This new species can be dtstinquished from the others of the genus by the following characteristics:1. No preanal cuticular pectine.2. Only two pairs of precloacal papilla.3. Spicule longer.Holotypes ♂, allotype ♀, paratypes 2♂, 3♀, deposited in Parasitological Laboratory of Department of Husbandry and Veterinary, Hunan Agricultural College.
