绵羊艾美虫一新种(真球虫目:艾美亚目:艾美科)

摘　　要：本文记述了真球虫目、艾美科、固原艾美虫一新种Eimeria guyuanensis sp.nov.的形态。在宿主——绵羊肠道里的寄生部位及体外发育情况。本种与小型艾美虫E.parva的区别在于有卵膜孔和浅极帽。新种与槌形艾美虫E.crandallis的区别在于卵囊较小,孢子囊长宽比例较大,有斯氏体,以及卵囊的寄生部位与体外发育等特征不同。This paper gives the description of a new species of Eimeria, collected from Guyuan Prefecture (36°N, 106°3’E), China, in 1983. The type specimens are, deposited in Hunan Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Research Institute, Changsha, China.Eimeria guyuanensis sp. nov. (figs, l-2)The species is the Coccidia of sheep (Onis aries) and found in 39% of 36 sheep in Guyuan. The parasitic locations were found in duodenum and jejunlm of a ulamb mfected experimentally. The sporulation time is 30h at 18°C. Oocysts are subspherical to spherical, 14.5-20 μm× 13.6-18μm with a mean of 17× 15.6μm. The length: width ratio is 1.00-1.18 with a mean of 1.09. Oocyst wall is composed of two layers, the outer one is smooth, light blue or blue and the inner one lined by a thin membrane is reddish brown or dark. A micropyle is present, but not clear, covered by 3 dark blue, small and shallow micropylar cap which is often impossible to see unless oocyst is at exactly the right angle of optical cross section, 0.5-1.5μm ih height and 3.5-5μm in width. The sporocysts is ovoid, 8-12μm×5-7μm with a mean of 10×5.7 μm. Small stieda body present. The sporozoites lie transversely at the ends of the sporocyst and contain one or two clear globules. There are sporocyst residuum and one to several oocyst polar granules.The oocysts of the new species are similar to that of E. parva in size and E. crandallis in shape, but may differ from the former by the presence of indistinct micropyle and delicate micropylar cap; differs from the latter in structure and color of the wall, parasitic locations and sporulation time, and by being small in size and having longer sporocysts with larger L: W ratio and small stieda.
