摘  要:研究了彩电生产装配流水线用铜合金基固体自润滑复合材料,探讨了不同成型压力、烧结温度等对材料物理机械性能的影响,测定了材料在大气中的摩擦磨损特性,最后,将材料加工成制品进行了现场装配使用。结果表明:其综合性能优良,是一种应用价值很高的新型电碳材料。A solid sell-lubricating composite of strengthening Cu-alloy matrix in use forproductive line of colour receiver were studied.The effect of diffrent pressure and sintered temp-rature on the physical-mechanical properties were probed.The characteristic of friction and wearin air were detected.The components of materials were analysed by scanning electron microscopeand the microstructure of the materials were obsered with a metalloscape.The service life of theproducts are equalled to imports in application.The experimental results show that the materialhas possessed excellent synthetic properties and high applied value.
