摘　　要：针对现有二层C S证券交易系统的不足,提出基于组件的三层模型,阐述了基于三层C S结构的证券交易系统总体构架、软硬件环境及开发实例。According to the lack of the present stock exchange system ,puts forward on the 3layer model based on component,and expatiates the whole structure,the software and hardware environment,the program implementation of the stock exchange system based on 3layer structure.
