摘　　要：文章以AT29C010A为例,介绍了ATMEL 29系列大容量闪速存储器的结构、特点、性能及使用方法,结合实际应用详细说明了AT29C010A在工业智能检测仪器中的硬件接口和软件编程注意事项。This article describes the main characters and methods employed of PSD311. Interface circuit with 80C196 ispresented. The detailed software collocation methods are discussed. This chip can also be used in other intelligentinstruments and meters.
