小型毛板壳虫无性分裂生殖的研究:——Ⅰ.核器和皮层纤电器的形态和形态发生

摘　　要：应用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察了小型毛板壳虫 (Coleps hirtus minor Kahl)的形态,描述了它的表面结构、口器、纤毛和核器在无性分裂生殖中的演化过程。The morphology and morphogenesis of cortical ciliature and nucleus of Coleps Hirtus minor Kahl (Holotricha, Ciliophora) collected from soil in Chunnan county, Zhejiang province have been studied by optical and scanning electron microscopy. The cytostome is at the anterior end and is surrounded by about 15 rows of long oral cilia. There are about 15 rows of somatic cilia, a long caudal cilium and 3 posterior spines.During division, the macronucieus showed a very narrow reorganization band which is the region of DNA synthesis. The micronucleus divides when the macronucieus is elongating and assuming a club-shaped form. New cilia usually appear in front of, or behind the 6th and the 7th old cilium, sometimes near the 5th and the 8th cilium of each now in parent individual at the beginning of division. Both daughter individuals retain half set of old cilia of parent and form another half set of cilia. The old mouthparts collapse and a new set is formed in each daughter individual.
