摘　　要：随着计算机技术与网络技术的发展,用户对移动计算的需求日益增长,传统的解决方法是利用已有无线网络传输协议(WAP),但WAP主要是针对资源有限的无线设备设计的,它并不能很好地满足对于资源要求较多的移动计算。因此,设想通过蓝牙技术构建基于IP的移动网络(BlueToothMobileAccessNetwork,BTMAN),在网络中使用特别的IP地址分配方法与路由算法,保证网络内的移动设备可以方便地与内部/外部的服务器进行通信。最后,对下一步的工作提出了展望。With the development of the computer and communication technology, the need of the mobile computing increased rapidly. The normal solution is the Wireless Application Protocol. This Protocol is designed for the mobile device, such as PDA, mobile phone, etc. It is not met the needing of the mobile computing. But the bluetooth is more powerful. In the paper, a new structure has been put forward. A new method of assigning the IP address and the routing mechanism have been discussed. In the last paragraph, the next step of the research is mentioned. 
