鸡抗猪大肠杆菌高免卵黄抗体的研制与应用

摘　　要：应用仔猪大肠杆菌标准菌株和地方分离菌株免疫商品蛋鸡 ,收获高免蛋制备多价卵黄抗体。经预防、攻毒试验及临床治疗效果观察 ,对仔猪免疫保护率可达 90 %以上 ,攻毒保护率 98%以上 ,临床治愈率 95 %以上。In this studies,laying hens were vaccinated with the normal strain and the local isolated strain of the Escherichia coli of piglets,and produced highly immunized eggs,then the eggs were made into highly immunized yolk antibodies.According to prelention test and challenge trials,obserred the effect of clincal therapy.The results indicated that the immunized protective rates abtained 90%,the challenged protective rates were 98%,and the clinical curing rates above 95%.
