摘　　要：北京城区面源污染严重并有加重趋势 ,掌握其污染的特征和规律是实施有效控制的前提。城区面源污染控制对策主要有源头控制、输送途中或终端控制、集约式控制 ,包括各种技术性和非技术性措施。源头控制具有举足轻重的作用。The non-point pollution in urban area is serious and tends to be worse. Understanding about its characteristics and regularities is a basis for effective control. Control strategies are source control, control on the way, end control and integrated controls etc., including structural and non-structural measures. The source control is the most effective and significant. Research on urban non-point control should be strengthened in Beijing.
