摘  要:采用脱氨 催化氧化 吸附法对含苯胺类化合物染化废水的处理进行了研究 ,对影响废水处理效果的各种因素进行了考察。试验结果表明 :在适宜的操作条件下 ,该法可使原废水的COD从3114mg/L降到 70mg/L ,苯胺类物质的含量从 6 0 0mg/L降到 3mg/L以下 ,达到国家排放标准。该法具有工艺简单 ,操作方便 。A study on the treatment of aniline dyestuff chemical wastewater by composite processes of deamination, catalytic oxidation and adsorption has been carried out. The factors in affecting wastewater treatment were investigated. Experimental results show that by using this process COD of wastewater could be reduced from 3 114 mg/L to less than 70 mg/L and the total aniline compounds could be reduced from 0 6 g/L to less than 3 mg/L. The effluent could meet the requirement of national wastewater discharge standard. This method is simple in technology, convenient in operation , remarkable in effect and it will not cause secondary pollution.
