摘  要:用慢应变速率法研究了国产17-4 PH 钢在80℃、3.5%NaCl 水溶液中的应力腐蚀开裂(SCC)行为,探讨了外加电位、预充氢和晶粒大小的影响。结果表明,晶粒大小对17-4 PH 钢的SCC 影响不大;-850~-150 mV(SCE)为SCC 的不敏感电位区间,电位正于-150 mV(SCE)时,其破坏是阳极溶解所致,负于-850 m V(SCE)时为氢脆型SCC。文中讨论了应力腐蚀的两种机制。The stress corrosion cracking properties of the commercial 17-4 PH steel in 3.5% NaCl aqueous solution at temperature 80℃ were investigated with the slow strain rate techni-ques.The purpose of the present study was to establish the effect of applied potentical,hydrogencharging and grain size on the suscptibility to SCC.The experimental results showed the grainsize has wo effect on SCC susceptibility of the alloy.There is an unsusceptible region to SCCbetween -850 mV and -150 mV(SCE).The material will be fractured by the mechanism of anodedissolution as the applied potential is higher than-150 mV(SCE).And it is fractured by the hyd-rogen embrittlement mechanism as the potential is lower than-850 mV(SCE).The mechanisms ofSCC are discussed in this paper.
