摘 要: 利用族组成分析和FT IR、1H NMR、13C NMR对比了FCC油浆芳烃富集前后合成苯甲醛(BA)系B阶沥青树脂的反应性。整体FCC油浆饱和分含量高,芳烃取代基长短不一,体系分子组成复杂,均匀性差,空间位阻大;而溶剂萃取的FCC油浆富芳烃馏分中,长直链取代基极少,体系分子组成相对简单,分子均匀性较好,空间位阻小,因而反应性大于整体FCC油浆。溶剂富集芳烃提高了FCC油浆的反应性,并且抽余油又是回炼的优质原料,提供了FCC油浆综合利用的新途径。With the usage of FT-IR, H-1-NMR, C-13-NMR and group composition analysis, the reactivity of FCC slurry, before and after aromatic enrichment, to synthesize B-stage BA series pitch resins were investigated. In the original FCC slurry, the concentration of saturates is relatively high, and the aromatic ring substituents are quiet varied. The FCC slurry has a complex composition, the uniformity is low and the steric hindrance in a chemical reaction is high. In comparison, an aromatic enriched fraction extracted from the FCC slurry by a solvent, the long alkyl chain substituents are few. The fraction composition is relatively simple, uniformity is higher and steric hindrance in a chemical reaction is lower. Consequently the reactivity of the aromatic enriched fraction extracted from the FCC slurry is higher than that of the original FCC slurry. Aromatic enrichment by solvent extraction improved the reactivity of FCC slurry and produces a high-quality feedstock for re-catalytic cracking.
