摘  要:本文简要介绍了多楔同步楔横轧材料流动特点,提出并解决了多楔同步楔横轧模具设计中,侧楔楔展角、成形角选择与楔展开长度计算,主楔与侧楔楔入位置设计,主楔与侧楔之间台阶长度设计,侧楔侧面最小倾角设计等关键问题。最后给出一种典型件的模具设计实例。The characteristics of synchronous rolling with multiple wedges was introduced simply in the paper. On the basis of the characteristics, several important problems, the selection for forming angle and spreading angle of secondary wedge as well as computing for spreading length of the secondary wedge, the design of the begining position of the wedges, the. length design for the step between the main and secondary wedges, the design for the minimttm inclined angle on the forming surface of the secondary wedge, were proposed and solved. Finally the example of die design for a typical workpiece was presented.
