摘　　要：在熔体直接纺 5万t aFDY的设备上进行了POY工艺研究。试验证明 ,利用FDY现有设备 ,在不需要进行大规模的改造和增加投入的基础上 ,通过正确选择和调整丝路 ,优化工艺技术参数 ,即可生产出质量优良的POY产品。The POY technology are studied on the equipment of melt directly spinning 50 kt/a FDY .The experiments showed that by using the present FDY equipment,based on the fact that not carrying out large scale modification or increasing investment,fine quality POY product can be obtained by the correct selection,adjustment of yarn line and optimization of the technology parameters.
