摘　　要：中原油田特种车辆修造总厂为适应现代钻井工艺的要求,开发研制的GKXT200型钻井液固控系统适用于2000～5000m油井的钻井过程。系统总有效容积为200m3,钻井液最大处理量为320m3 h,由4个模块化组合罐体组成,并可配合自装卸车使用,便于搬迁。整个循环系统配置5级净化设备,可根据钻井作业的需要实现对钻井液的1～5级净化。独特的3+1结构,有很强的储备能力,能很好适应中深井作业。系统设备技术先进。这种钻井液固控系统已有10多套在中原等油田使用,获得了很好的评价。GKXT200 solid control system of drilling fluid ,developed to meet modern drilling technology by Special Vehicle Repair and Manufacture Plant of ZPEB,is mainly used in drilling of oil well of the depth from 2 000 m to 5 000 m.Total effective volume is 200 m3 and max treatment volume of drilling fluid is 320 m3/h.The system is made up of four modularized tanks and easy to be transported by tlump truck .The whole cycling system fitted with fivelevel purifying equipment can achieve 1 to 5 level purifying of drilling fluid according to the need of drilling operation .The system owns unique 3+1 structure and strong reserve ability. It owns advanced technology and more than 10 sets have been put into use in Zhongyuan Oilfield etc. and achieved good assessment.
