复合式滤砂筛管的研制与应用

摘　　要：针对普通筛管存在防粉砂效果不理想、成本较高、不易修复、重复利用率低等问题,开发研制了复合式滤砂筛管。此种滤砂筛管可过滤直径0 05mm以下的细粉砂,而且具有易修复、成本低等优点,通过现场21口井的试验,取得了理想的防砂效果。This paper introduces the structure, working principle and field application of composite screen liner. Application on 21 wells shows that it has such features as simple operation, high repeat utilize rate, and it can remove the sand with diameter less than 0.05 mm. The problems of the common screen liner such as low repeat rate, high price etc.were settled.
