气田和凝析气田开发程序的探讨

摘　　要：我国大量新气田将投入开发建设并正加速铺设长输管道。研究气田开发准备、开发储量及开发程序等有关有利于提高气田开发评价和开发建设、以及投资决策的科学性与可靠性。文章在分析气田和凝析气田开发特点和开发实践的基础上 ,提出气田和凝析气田开发程序的合理划分问题 ,建议将开发程序分为概念性设计、开发可行性研究、开发方案设计、开发实施方案以及开发方案调整等若干个开发阶段。同时 ,在分析对比国内外储量分级的基础上 ,对不同开发阶段提出了落实探明可采储量的具体意见 。A large number of new gas fields will be put into development construction and long-distance transmission pipeline is acceleratively laying in China.It is imperative to study the gas field development preparation,development reserves and development program,etc.,which is beneficial to raising the scientific property and reliability of the gas field development evaluation,development construction and investment decision.On the basis of analyzing the development characteristics and development practice of the gas field and condensate gas fields,a problem of rationally dividing development program of the gas field and condensate gas field is put forward,in which a suggestion on the development program's being divided into several development stages as conceptual design,development feasibility study,development plan design,implemented development plan and development plan adjustment,etc.,is made in the paper.Meanwhile,in light of the analysis and contrast of domestic and foreign reserve graduations,some opinions of ascertaining the proved reserves in various development stages are proposed also,thus obtaining the goals of high-effective development and stable gas-supply.
