摘　　要：外科手术是高风险、高技术、由群体实施的治疗项目。手术准入内容包括了手术人员组成,手术环境要求,手术室设施配置,手术责任分配,手术项目的确立等。本文归集了上述要素并提出了手术准入的标准和管理。Surgical operations are team - based therapeutic items with high risks and high technology. The content of operation accession includes the composition of team members, surgical environment requirements, operation room equipment and facilities, operation responsibilities and operational items. This article sums up the above factors and proposes the standards and management of operation accession.
