摘　　要：医疗锐器刺伤是医务人员工作中最常见的职业性伤害,对医务人员身体健康造成直接威胁,加强医疗锐器伤的监管具有重要的意义,而做好调查登记是必要的基础性工作。作者借鉴国外经验结合我国实际情况设计了《医疗锐器伤登记表》,并在协和医院等单位进行了试用,取得了积极成效。Medical sharp apparatus wound is the most common professional injury for medical staff, which brings direct threat to their health. It is very important to enhance the management and control of medical sharp apparatus wound, and investigation and registration of such wound is an essential fundamental work. Based on foreign experience and domestic real conditions, the authors designed the 'Registration Form of Medical Sharp Apparatus Wound' and applied in Peking Union Medical College Hospital and some other hospitals. Active results have been achieved.
