摘 要:目的了解穿心莲内酯、脱水穿心莲内酯在不同状态下的热降解动力学。方法采用HPLC法测定穿心莲内酯、脱水穿心莲内酯及穿心莲SFE-CO2萃取物,在不同温度、不同时点的浓度,并按一级动力学方程和Arrhenius公式进行数据处理,求算有效期。结果在室温25℃条件下,纯品穿心莲内酯有效期为2373d,脱水穿心莲内酯为657516d,穿心莲SFE-CO2萃取物穿心内酯为101d,穿心莲总内酯为122d。结论穿心莲内酯、脱水穿心莲内酯在纯品状态下稳定性高于穿心莲SFE-CO2萃取物,穿心莲内酯稳定性低于脱水穿心莲内酯。Objective To investigate the heat -degradatio n kinetics of andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide under different conditions.Methods HPLC was adopted to detect concentra tion of andrographolide,dehydroan drographolide and SFE -CO 2 extract from Herba Andrographitis a t different temperature and in vario us times.Then the data was managed with first grade dynamic equation an d Arrhenius formula to obtain their e xpiry period(EP).Results At room temperature of 25℃,EP of andrographolide and deh yandrographolide in pure condition last 2373days and 657516days respectively,and that of andrographolide and tota l lactone in SFE -CO 2 extract condition last 101days and 122days respectively.Conclusion EP of andrographolide and dehydroan drographolide are much longer in pur e condition than that in SFE -CO 2 extract condition and EP of androgra pholide is much shorter than that of dehyandrographolide.
